I’ll be with you every step of the way

I’m Clarissa Hernandez, a senior loan officer at the Studio City, CA, branch. Since entering the mortgage industry in 2010, I’ve worked in both servicing and mortgage origination, giving me a broad understanding of the lending process and a passion for helping clients achieve homeownership. I educate, communicate and guide my clients throughout the mortgage process, focusing on solutions that help them feel comfortable, informed and confident. My goal is to simplify the process, explain their options clearly and empower them to make confident financial decisions.

Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, a Veteran or looking for down payment assistance, America’s #1 Mortgage Retail Lender has the products and resources to help you achieve your homeownership goals.

Outside of work, I’m a wife, a mom of three and an avid traveler who loves supporting my kids in sports and dance. Family is everything to me, and I bring that same passion for helping others in my work as a loan officer.

A general guideline is to spend no more than 28% of your gross monthly income on housing costs and 36% on total debt.
